The scrap value depends on your car's make, model, year, weight, condition, and current market rates for recyclable materials. Our vehicle-specific algorithm provides the most competitive rates. Larger and heavier vehicles typically fetch better prices. We also run your car through our exclusive RVSF auction system to ensure the best possible price.
You'll need: Original Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Owner's ID Proof (Aadhaar / Passport), PAN Card, Cancelled cheque for payment transfer, and your email address. Our team can guide you if any documents are missing.
Your car is transported to a government-registered RVSF. Hazardous fluids are safely removed, reusable parts are recycled, and the remaining shell is crushed and processed. Approximately 75–80% of your vehicle's materials are recycled, in line with MoRTH scrappage policy guidelines.
Getting a quote is instant. Document verification takes 24–48 hours. Car pickup can be arranged within 1–3 days. Payment is instant at pickup. The Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping (CVS) is available on the MoRTH portal after approximately 30 business days.
The ELV owner must apply on the MoRTH website. The car can then be handed over to a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF). The owner surrenders the original RC and receives a Certificate of Deposit (CoD) issued by MoRTH. After ~30 business days the Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping (CVS) is issued and the RC is cancelled.
